About Avery
Avery is a 2025 graduate of Georgian College’s Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture Program and a registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
She has a special interest in holistic wellness, mental health, and women’s health. With nine years of experience as both a Child & Youth Worker and a Yoga Teacher, Avery brings a grounded understanding of the mind–body connection and the profound impact a regulated nervous system can have on overall well‑being.
Avery takes a patient‑centered, root‑cause approach. You can expect thoughtful questions, genuine curiosity, and a safe space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Her goal is always to understand the whole person—not just the symptoms—so she can support meaningful, lasting change.
