Welcome! I'm Aveeve (she/her) and I am passionate about providing effective, evidence informed therapy with a focus on finding the best therapeutic fit for you. I work with individuals on a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, relationships and trauma. I also bring extensive personal experience and professional training in the areas of women's health and reproductive mental health including issues such as infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety and medical trauma. Most importantly I find therapy is about the relationship; feeling that someone gets you and finding someone you can laugh with even when things are tough. I believe in people and that we all have the power to make change. Reach out!
