Hi, my name is Avdhi Lad, a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about health and wellness. As a Physiotherapist, I use my knowledge and skills to help guide my patients to achieve optimal health. My treatment philosophy includes a hands-on approach with an active exercise and personalized rehabilitation program. I began my education at the University of Toronto, completing my Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. I then went on to pursue my Masters in Physiotherapy from University of Brighton in 2020. My clinical expertise is in musculoskeletal (muscle, bone, joint) and neurological conditions. I have a keen interest in active aging with grace in both acute hospital and private clinic settings. I am also certified in Acupuncture and dry needling. I use my knowledge and skills including manual therapy, personalized exercises, acupuncture and taping to help guide my patients to tackle the challenges of their everyday lives. When I am not working, you can find me hiking, discovering new cafes, cooking and travelling.
