Hi! My name is Ava, and I am a recent graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. I am passionate about fitness, movement, and providing a space where people can take time for themselves and support their overall well-being.
I have completed my massage therapy education and am currently preparing to write my RMT board exam in October 2026. Until I become registered, I offer massage therapy at a discounted rate, making it a great option for those who may not have extended health benefits.
My treatments can include relaxation, therapeutic, and remedial massage, with an individualized approach based on your goals and specific needs.
