Athira holds a Master’s degree in Orthopedic Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India. She is a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist with experience in assessing and treating clients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and post-surgical conditions. She believes in providing evidence-based, patient-centred care tailored to each individual’s goals and functional needs.
Athira has experience working with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, post-operative conditions, balance impairments, and neurological disorders. Her treatment approach focuses on detailed assessment, movement analysis, pain management, exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and functional rehabilitation to help clients safely return to their daily activities and improve their quality of life.
She is passionate about helping clients regain confidence, mobility, and independence through education and active participation in their rehabilitation journey. Athira values continuous professional development and strives to stay current with the latest physiotherapy practices and treatment techniques.
Her areas of interest include orthopedic rehabilitation, exercise therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility training, chronic pain management, and neurological rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, Athira enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle, exploring nature, and spending quality time with family and friends.
