About Asra
Asra is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 10 years of experience in therapeutic massage and rehabilitation. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2013 and is also an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario.
Before becoming an RMT, Asra practiced as a Physiotherapist in India for 8 years, which has given her a strong foundation in physical rehabilitation and hands-on care. This wealth of knowledge is integrated into her massage therapy practice, performing thorough assessments and applying the most effective therapeutic techniques personalized for each client.
Her massage therapy practice modalities include swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release therapy, myofascial release and cupping. Additionally, she is experienced in sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation and recovery and pre and post natal massage. She offers tailored home exercise programs to help maintain and enhance your progress. Asra is passionate about helping her clients achieve their wellness goals.
