Ashmi Sharma, MSW, RSW (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker who supports teens (14+), adults, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, identity exploration, burnout, and trauma. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by BIPOC and first-generation clients.
Ashmi integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method (Level 1 & 2) to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re working through intergenerational pressure, emotional disconnection, or a difficult life transition, Ashmi offers a warm, non-judgmental space where healing can begin.
