Ashley’s passion for helping others began with grade 10 career day after she sat in on a massage therapy and physiotherapy session. It was solidified after massage therapy helped her heal 2 back injuries that this is the career she wanted to do. She switched all her art classes to sciences and went on to obtain a honours degree in Health Sciences from Brock University and then graduating from Canadian Therapeutic College with an honours double diploma in Massage Therapy and Sports Injury therapy. With 15 years experience, her origional passion of working with athletes and injury rehabilitation at the start of her career has now broadened to helping patients of all abilities reach their physical and wellness goals. Working in multidisciplinary clinics, spas and running her own solo practice Ashley has the skill set and experience to help you heal a new/old injury, or take a moment for self care and manage stress. She prides herself in creating patient centred treatments customized to each individual, and looks forward to helping you meet your wellness goals.
