I help high-functioning millennials & couples who "seem fine" on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected on the inside. My approach goes beyond surface-level coping strategies. Together, we'll uncover and heal the underlying beliefs & patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of overthinking, guilt, and emotional exhaustion. Using a blend of Adlerian therapy, EMDR, and insight-based processing, I help you understand how your early experiences shaped your self-worth, relationships, and nervous system. Together, we'll rewire these patterns so you can feel grounded, confident, and emotionally secure in your life and relationships. If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that aren't working anymore, you don't have to figure it out alone. Healing is possible with the right support. I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can feel understood and empowered. My practice is gender, sexuality, body and race inclusive, and I invite you to reach out when you're ready to begin. I reside and provide services from the unceded ancestral territories of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking people and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh first nations peoples that was not surrendered.
