She earned an Honours Specialization in Clinical Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science from Western University and continually expands her practice with certifications in soft tissue therapy, pelvic health, women's health, and holistic nutrition. Her work centers on personalized, evidence-informed plans that unlock safer, stronger, and more confident living. Ashley is deeply committed to accessible and inclusive fitness, believing that everyone deserves to feel confident in their movement. Her practice spans Kinesiology, soft tissue therapy (STR), and Clinical Pilates, all delivered through an integrated, movement-focused approach. She designs personalized exercise programs, hands-on soft tissue work, mobility and stretching strategies, and Pilates sessions to support safer training, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness. Whether clients are preparing for pregnancy, navigating postnatal recovery, or simply seeking to improve daily function and overall health, Ashley tailor-fits each service to individual goals, abilities, and life stages. Outside of work, Ashley loves time in nature—she enjoys hiking, travel, and outdoor adventures with her Berner puppy and husband.
