About Ashley
Ashley is a Registered Massage Therapist with 11+ years of experience. She has worked with people of all ages, in various stages of recovery and maintenance. Her 3000-hour training from WCCMT in BC spans a variety of conditions. These include headaches, repetitive strain injuries, postural dysfunction, pre and post-natal care, and stress management concerns. She has continued education for the treatment of TMJ dysfunction, Nerve Impingement Syndromes, and Acupressure. Ashley is also a certified Reiki Practitioner. Her approach is one that considers the whole person from every angle. She is committed to helping her clients address the root cause of their symptoms, so they can achieve optimal balance and a greater sense of well being.
