Massage Therapist since 2014, Ashleigh has taken further training in bamboo massage, courses in aromatherapy as well as completed a labour support and doula certification through Trimesters Canada. Ashleigh has successfully worked with people of different age groups and physical backgrounds, ranging from children and athletes to the elderly. She has also had the privilege of extensive experience treating pre-natal and post-natal women.
Ashleigh specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, acupuncture and prenatal massage. To ensure that you stay feeling your best between treatments, Ashleigh carefully considers the appropriate remedial exercises for each client, specific home care instructions may include stretching, strengthening exercises, and hydrotherapy treatments.
