Arzoo Patel has been a physiotherapist for over 10 years and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Montana, USA in 2023. Arzoo believes in building strong relationships with her patients, including ensuring that they are well-educated about their conditions and goals. Her warm personality and easy smile will help you feel comfortable from the first moment that you meet her. Arzoo is passionate about helping clients achieve their birth and postpartum goals, and has extensive experience with pelvic floor and core rehabilitation related to pregnancy and postpartum. She also has clinical expertise in injuries related to sports and pre- and post-operative orthopedic surgeries. Arzoo loves learning, and has plans to take courses on orthopedic manipulative techniques and vestibular rehabilitation to enhance her skills. When Arzoo is not in the clinic she enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the gym, meditation, learning new skills, trying new foods, and taking scenic routes.
