Arjun completed both his Masters of Physical Therapy and a Bachelors of Science from the University of British Columbia. His passion for physiotherapy stems from a fascination with human movement and a strong belief in the benefits that physical activity offers for overall well-being. While his primary focus is on physical rehabilitation, he also recognizes how movement can positively influence mental health and contribute to a more balanced lifestyle.
Arjun begins his sessions with a thorough subjective history to fully understand your concerns, lifestyle factors, and goals in physiotherapy. From there, he uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and education to help you get back to participating in the activities that you enjoy. His focus is on developing personalized treatment plans that are practical, effective and targeted towards long-term success.
