About Arina

Arina Nayda is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) and Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac), licensed by the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She completed her studies at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine in Canada after beginning her training at the American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in the United States. Prior to her career in healthcare, Arina earned a Master's degree in Economics in Ukraine. Arina believes that true healing starts by understanding the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Her approach combines traditional Eastern medicine with compassionate, personalized care to help patients restore balance, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being. She offers a variety of treatments, including acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tui-na massage, moxibustion, herbal support, and cosmetic acupuncture.
