About Ariel

Ariel graduated from Durham College’s Advance Massage Therapy program with Honours in 2023. She is passionate about massage therapy and providing her clients with excellent care to help reach their treatment goals. She works toward achieving stress reduction, chronic pain management, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She believes in use of modalities such as hydrotherapy, remedial exercises and self-care to help her clients. Ariel loves helping her clients get to the root of the issue and then reaching and maintaining their wellness goals. When Ariel is not at the studio you will find her at dance classes, recreational volleyball or at home relaxing with her chihuahua and two precious kittens.
