About Ariana

Ariana earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Guelph before completing her Master’s Diploma in Classical Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Through her training, she developed a deep appreciation for a patient-centred, whole-body approach to care grounded in the foundational principles of classical osteopathy. Ariana uses a thorough assessment to understand how the body’s structure and function influence one another. She works to identify and address restrictions that may be affecting the body’s nerves, arteries, veins, lymphatic system, and overall mobility, supporting the body’s innate ability to heal and self-regulate. Ariana welcomes individuals from all walks of life and enjoys working with people experiencing a wide range of health concerns, everyday aches and pains, as well as those looking to optimize their overall health, mobility, and function. Outside of the clinic, Ariana enjoys spending time outdoors with her horse, cooking, exploring nature, and continuing to deepen her understanding of anatomy and mechanics.
