Dr. Khan has completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and is a supervised Clinician at Salam Psychology. She provides
assessment and therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults with
various mental health concerns.
She has worked with children and adolescents with intellectual problems,
academic difficulties, attention and hyperactivity concerns, autism spectrum
disorder, learning problems, motor disorders, parent-child relationship
concerns, and behaviour issues. She has experience working with adults
experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, obsessive-
compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders,
interpersonal difficulties, work-related stressors, and complex mental health
concerns.
Dr. Khan is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused
Therapy (EFT), Productive Emotional Processing, Cognitive Processing
Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). She
has experience with solution-focused therapy and schema therapy. She
provides services in English and Urdu.
