About Areeba
Areeba is a registered Chiropodist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centred foot care. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology with a Minor in Medical Anthropology from York University before completing her Advanced Diploma in Chiropody at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN.
During her clinical training, Areeba gained experience at The Ottawa Hospital and in private practice settings, providing care for patients with a wide range of foot and lower-limb conditions. She has a particular interest in diabetic foot care, wound management, lower-limb biomechanics, orthotic therapy, and preventative foot health. She is also a Certified Sigvaris Compression Garment Fitter.
Areeba is committed to helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain their independence through individualized treatment plans and patient education. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care. She looks forward to helping you achieve your foot health goals.
