About Arash
Arash is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with over 10 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping people get back to doing the things they love. With more than 6 years of specialized experience in hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation, he has worked with clients across a wide range of clinical settings, including acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and specialized burn and wound care. His treatment approach combines evidence-informed practice with a hands-on, personalized approach. Arash has a particular interest in custom orthotic fabrication, post-operative rehabilitation, tendon and ligament injuries, fractures, joint stiffness, scar and edema management, and complex hand and upper-extremity conditions. He believes that successful rehabilitation is about more than improving movement or reducing pain, it is about helping each person return to the activities, work, hobbies, and everyday moments that matter most to them. Originally trained as an Occupational Therapist in Iran, Arash moved to Canada in 2022 and has continued to build his clinical practice within the Canadian healthcare system. He enjoys working collaboratively with his clients, adapting treatment to their individual goals, and making rehabilitation both practical and engaging. When he is not in the clinic, you will most likely find Arash exploring somewhere new. He loves travelling across Canada and around the world, discovering new places, hiking and spending time in nature, cycling, and finding new adventures along the way. He brings the same curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring the world into his practice, always looking for creative ways to help his clients move forward.
