My counselling approach include several therapeutic lenses such as - Solution Focused Brief Therapy - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - Dialectical Behaviour Therapy - Person Centred Therapy - Motivational Interviewing. Therapeutic areas of interest include depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, self-harming, life transitions, stress and coping skills.
