Anureet Kour Walla, Registered Physiotherapist
Anureet is a Registered Physiotherapist in British Columbia who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India. She is passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities that are important to them.
Her treatment approach combines individualized exercise therapy, hands-on techniques, mobility and flexibility training, strengthening, and patient education. She works with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, postural concerns, workplace injuries, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation.
Anureet believes in understanding each patient’s specific concerns and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. She focuses on improving strength, mobility, movement quality, and confidence while providing patients with practical strategies they can continue outside the clinic.
She also has an interest in Clinical Pilates and incorporates Pilates-based movement and core strengthening principles when appropriate to support rehabilitation, posture, and overall functional fitness.
Anureet is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing her to provide care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
