Anup Dhaliwal received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She continued her education at Bond University in Australia, where she graduated with a Doctorate of Physiotherapy.
She uses an evidence-based approach to create rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their goals and perform pain-free movements. Her treatments consist of manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, and therapeutic exercises.
She has many years of experience and completed her placements in pre and post rehabilitation with post orthopedic surgery, women’s health and pelvic floor, in-clinic training, athletic taping, vertigo treatment, TMJ treatment, and general musculoskeletal injuries.
Anup has always been involved in sports including basketball and rugby. She continues her passion for exercise and sports with playing competitive basketball, participating in Hyrox, running marathons and weight lifting. Anup continues to work with athletes both competitive and recreational level with a strength and conditioning approach.
