Annu shares her expertise in Massage Therapy by focusing her attention to postural assessment and alignment, followed by corrective application. Employing modalities such as Joint Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, Trigger Point Release, IASTM and other Deep Tissue techniques, she aims to restore mobility, function and comfort in the soft tissues. Please bring shorts, yoga pants, tights or loose fitted clothing as some modalities indicated for your treatment may make draping with a sheet challenging.
