Anne is a former dancer who retrained as a Pilates instructor. She is qualified in Pilates Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac and Studio equipment. She has almost a decade of experience in the health & fitness industry teaching group Pilates classes and personal training.
Anne enjoys coaching clients and takes pride in being a great teacher. She has worked with a wide range of people and enjoys the challenge of adapting to different levels of ability.
Anne decided to pursue a career in physiotherapy to further her knowledge, completing a Bachelors of Sport & Exercise Science (UTS) and a Masters of Physiotherapy (USYD). She believes that exceptional physiotherapy should focus on treating the person, not just their injury.
Outside of work you’ll find her hitting the gym, cooking, baking and chasing after her corgi Scampi.
