Anya brings a strong medical and movement-based background to her role as a Physiotherapy Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Ryerson University and has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across Canada and the United States.
Anya is a certified Polestar Pilates Studio Practitioner, trained in a globally recognized, science-based approach to whole-body movement. Her work focuses on quality of movement, precision, and mindful control, supporting rehabilitation, injury prevention, and functional strength.
With her combined medical knowledge and movement expertise, Anya works closely with physiotherapists to support individualized care. Her sessions are both strengthening and restorative, helping clients feel strong, balanced, and refreshed while gaining a deeper understanding of their bodies.
