Anna is a Registered Social Worker with extensive clinical experience working with children, adults, and older adults specializing in mental health, interpersonal relationships, family dynamics, trauma, and caregiver counselling. She has also held several roles within the child welfare sector. Her research interests focus on the mental health of children, adults, elder abuse, and palliative care. The journey of life is a kaleidoscope of various events and struggles, some joyful and others challenging. Practicing from strengths-based and client-centered perspectives, Anna uses an eclectic approach of therapeutic modalities with her clients to assist them with maximizing their full potential. She strives to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to where clients can work towards developing a positive self-identity, effectively manage their mood, achieve their stated goals and foster overall mental well-being.
