About Anna

Anna has gained experience across a variety of clinical practice areas including orthopedics, cardiac rehab, and acute critical care. She enjoys working with all patients whether you are recovering from a sports injury, a surgery, a traumatic accident, or want to improve your physical health after an illness. She has special interests in working with shoulder and knee injuries, and with individuals suffering from frailty or deconditioning after critical illness. She has also taken additional training in optimal shoulder care and performance. Anna will work with you to understand your functional goals and will design a treatment program which includes a combination of manual therapy, exercise therapy, and education to help you better manage your injury. She hopes to empower you to take charge of your health so that you can achieve your optimal physical performance. Outside of work Anna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and likes to stay active by hiking, swimming, and cycling.
