Anna is a graduate student completing her Master’s in Counselling. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work and draws from training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support couples through conflict, disconnection, and life transitions. As a wife and mother, Anna understands how life’s stressors can quietly build walls between partners - and how important it is to feel seen and valued in our closest relationships.
