About Anna

Anna Dec, is an experienced registered physiotherapist who specializes in treating musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions, with a special focus on lower back pain, pelvic/hip dysfunction, and persistent pain. Anna takes a holistic, one-on-one approach to care—combining hands-on manual therapy, BIOFLEX laser therapy, functional exercise, and movement retraining to restore and optimize her patients' function and quality of life. She believes in not only treating symptoms, but also identifying the root causes of dysfunction and empowering individuals through education, self-management, and active participation in their recovery. She has worked in a variety of physiotherapy clinics, gaining broad experience with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
