About Anna

###Physiotherapist Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Certified Acupuncture and Dry Needling Practitioner I have a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo. I have experience in treating a variety of acute and chronic orthopedic injuries and conditions including fractures, ligaments or tendon tears, nerve pain and spine conditions. I am also a pelvic floor physiotherapist with a particular interest in incontinence, pelvic pain and pregnancy care (pre- and post-partum). My treatment approach is patient-centric, focusing on an individualized plan of care that is unique to my clients needs. I strongly believe in patient education, manual therapy and exercise to successfully allow clients reach their goals. I am dedicated to continuing education, as I thrive to evolve my practice using an evidence-based approach. I currently have post-graduate education in manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, and pelvic floor physiotherapy. I truly value my time with family and friends. In my free time, I enjoy baking, doing outdoor activities, and going to the gym. A fun fact about me: I speak 3 languages.
