Anna Anderson is a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Worker and holds a Bachelor's degree, as well as a Master's in Social Work.
She has over 20 years of clinical experience supporting youth, adolescents (12-17), adults (18+), and individuals through mental health assessment, diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and individual counselling.
Her clinical specialties include trauma, postpartum mental health, ADHD, self-harm and suicidal ideation, supporting the LGBTQ2S+ community, anxiety, depression.
Anna specifically excels in providing psychoeducation. She is trained in EMDR Therapy and Emotion- Focused Therapy, as well as ACT, and CBT, which allows her to integrate evidence-based practices within a trauma-informed framework.
