Born and raised in Vancouver BC, Ann graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy on the Deans list in 2021. Since then, she obtained her Soft Tissue Release Level 1, and pursued further education in therapeutic exercise, chronic pain and concussion recovery. Her treatments draw on Swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue release, stretching, and myofascial work, often paired with patient education to support long-term change.
Ann is passionate about helping people feel strong and at ease in their bodies. She works collaboratively with each patient to build a treatment and home-care plan suited to their unique needs. She has a particular interest in shoulder dysfunction, chronic pain and stress, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, and whiplash associated disorders. Her own experience with injuries over the years served to spark an interest in the body as a complex interconnected system, which grew into a career built around one-on-one care.
Outside the clinic, Ann gets outside year-round: searching for sunshine while skiing, running, rock climbing, and travelling.
