I work with clients to help them heal and transform the things that no longer work well in their lives. In my experience, anxiety, depression, mental health, addictions and unhelpful habits can all be transformed through therapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with CAPT and the CRPO. I have worked with clients for 20+ years, including with diverse people. My training includes diplomas in Addiction Worker and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and training in Trauma Treatment, Addictions, IFS, Group Therapy and Compassionate Inquiry.
