Anshika is passionate about long-term pain relief and believes in addressing the root cause of discomfort through a hands-on approach, therapeutic exercises, patient education, and various treatment modalities. She has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as neurological, like Parkinson’s, cardiac, pediatric, and geriatric conditions. Her special interests include women’s health and pelvic rehabilitation.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from RGUHS, India, Anshika was awarded a scholarship to complete her Master’s in the USA. She worked as a licensed physiotherapist across multiple states before moving to Canada, where she now focuses on helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
