My name is Anhad, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the
College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
If you are someone that struggles with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, OCD,
autism, grief, racial identity or trauma? Know that you are not alone! It takes courage to seek
support, and I applaud you for taking that step! I am passionate about helping both individuals and
couples in these areas. I can help you through relationship issues, anxiety/depression, OCD,
ADHD/autism, and struggles with racial identity and trauma. Whatever you're facing, I'm here to
create a warm, safe, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental space for connection,
self-exploration, and sharing of your authentic self!
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, spiritually informed, and culturally sensitive. I use
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my work
with clients, tailoring my approach to your unique needs!
Outside of the therapy session, I enjoy reading and writing poetry, pottery painting, and listening to
music!
