My journey with health and wellness started from when I was a young girl growing up living on a horse breeding and training farm. I fell in love with the science of training, muscle development, nutrition and genetics.
In 2019 I became Certified Equine Massage Therapist. My practice had taken off, and my passion continued to grow. I felt called to help more populations feel their best. I shortly after became an RMT.
My approach to treatment is client and goal focused. Which means I cater to your individual goals.
As a therapist, I pride myself on recognizing, treating and supporting all stages and walks through life.
Together we discuss a plan and through various techniques and modalities such as Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation we achieve your goals.
Whether you’re looking for a rehabilitation treatment, training for an athletic meet or competition, are looking for relaxation, prenatal, postpartum, or oncology massage. I cater to your needs.
