About Angela

With over twenty years of experience in health care, Angela brings depth, clinical insight, and compassion to her work as a Registered Massage Therapist. Her foundation is rooted in General Swedish techniques, complemented by advanced skills in myofascial release and deep tissue therapy. Angela approaches treatment with a balanced perspective, recognizing the importance of both therapeutic outcomes and restorative relaxation. She tailors each session to meet the individual needs of her clients, blending clinical precision with a holistic understanding of overall wellness. In addition to her work as an RMT, Angela is also a nurse and has experience across multiple areas of the health care system. She graduated with honours from ICT Northumberland College in 2003 and remains a member in good standing with the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
