About Angela

Angela Ng, RMT graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995. Her love of science led her to a degree in Human Nutrition, and her love of people led her to become a massage therapist. Touching lives is a privilege and a gift. Having sustained injuries through a MVA, her recovery via massage therapy affirmed this modality as an effective vehicle for rehabilitation and general restorative health. In her many years of clinical experience, and having spent over a decade at Worksafe BC, Angela is a respecter of those who seek healing and wellness, and delivers a holistic approach to her treatments. Her repertoire consists of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Therapy, and Assistive Stretches. The mind-body connection is recognized so she may encourage breathwork and body awareness during treatment. She is trained in pre and post natal care, dynamic rehabilitation, stress management, and has helped all ages from infants to the elderly, and all lifestyles from arm chair athletes to Tri-athletes. Knowledge is power; after consult and assessment, Angela will provide an individualized plan of home care, stretches, strengthening, and ergonomic tips for you to maximize your wellness goals. Angela is an advocate for Mental Health, Adaptive Needs, and Self-care. She has volunteered with youth and finds joy spending time with seniors.
