About Angela
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with additional training in play therapy and schoolbased
counselling. My practice is grounded in a trauma-focused, compassionate approach, and it
is an honour for me to support both children ages 2 and above and adults as they move toward
greater freedom, hope, healing, and new possibilities in their lives.
I am certified in EMDR and Brainspotting and have additional training as an Internal Family
Systems-informed therapist. I have also completed specialized training in traumatology, sexual
assault, depression, and anxiety. Through an integrative and compassionate approach, I strive to
provide comprehensive, individualized care, including mental health assessments that recognize
each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
