I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist, working with adult individuals, providing support for a wide variety of issues, including adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, burnout, and chronic stress. I aspire to create a safe and collaborative environment for my clients to explore and address their challenges. I will help you organize and make sense of your issues, see new perspectives, gain deeper insight, and find solutions that work for you. My approach is integrative, blending various therapeutic techniques to suit each client's specific needs. I operate from a humanistic, attachment-based perspective, utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and understanding.
