EXPERIENCE I am a Psychotherapist with FreeMind Therapy and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia. I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelors in Psychology from Kwantlen University. I have worked with non-profit organizations and in private practice settings, offering both short-term and long-term counselling services for youth, adults and couples. Working with diverse populations has allowed me to understand and prioritize the cultural factors that shape your experience, which I am committed to integrating into my therapeutic approach. I additionally offer services through the coverage of Medavie Blue Cross – Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
