About Andy
Andy graduated from ICT Northumberland College’s Class of 2023 and has since dedicated himself to continuing education in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Shiatsu-Suikodo.
Andy’s interest in massage therapy began during his training in Olympic weightlifting, where injuries were supported through manual therapy. He is trained in sports massage and takes time to stay up to date with research and investigate clients’ musculoskeletal conditions. He also integrates holistic perspectives: as a practitioner and teacher of meditation, Andy understands how perception and awareness are integral to managing pain and cultivating well-being. Previously working as an editor and publisher, Andy appreciates how narratives and self-authorship can impact health.
Viewing stress through these lenses has helped Andy support those with chronic pain and develop a finely tuned approach. In particular, Andy sees a number of clients dealing with TMJD, whiplash, low back and hip pain, and related conditions.
