Andrew Bell graduated magna cum laude from Ottawa University with an honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, and from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. In order to optimize a patient’s physical function, Andrew’s physiotherapy practice involves an advanced biomechanical analysis, often using the Redcord Neurac system to identify weaknesses / imbalances in the body. He uses a blend of education, Redcord exercises, intramuscular stimulation (IMS) / dry needling, acupuncture, home exercises, therapeutic and athletic taping, modalities, and manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, myofascial release, and neural tissue mobilization. Andrew develops a customized treatment plan for each patient to aid in their recovery and help them achieve their personal goals. Andrew stays active by participating in recreational sports such as hockey, volleyball, snowboarding, tennis, golf, basketball, biking and running. His love for sports gives him an understanding of the importance of optimal health and pain free mobility.
