I am extremely grateful to be of service with my work. My approach to treatment is hands-on, and may include a combination of acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, cranio sacral therapy, massage, deep listening and energetic touch.
In addition, I may prescribe with Chinese herbal medicines and formulas, seasonal dietary modifications, and nourishing life principles to help bring about balance in your system.
I believe that we are all connected and part of the whole, and yet each of us is unique. This is always a consideration for me when treating, so that all of the patterns at play within each individual may be recognized and honoured.
In 2017, I graduated from the 5-year Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) program at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in Nelson, BC.
