Andrea graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018 with honours, eager to pass on the benefits of massage. Having received Massage Therapy herself for many years prior to becoming an RMT, Andrea personally knows how these treatments can aid athletes in their recovery between training sessions, as well as provide every-day relief for stressed office workers.
Andrea commonly treats a variety of clients including, but not limited to, hardcore athletes, weekend warriors, desk jockeys, nurses, seniors, teachers, and motor-vehicle accident victims. She is well-versed in an array of techniques including Swedish relaxation massage, myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point release.
Andrea was raised in Vancouver and enjoys the beauty of the west coast by running in her free time. She is frequently on a spin bike, on a badminton court or weight lifting at the gym when outside of the treatment room. Andrea would love to discuss the newest restaurants around town or barefoot theory in running if interested!
