Andrea is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy and brings a whole-body approach to every treatment. Her treatment style is thoughtful, adaptable, and evidence-informed, incorporating deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and active stretching to support recovery, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
Andrea works with a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, rehabilitation, prenatal and postnatal care, stress-related tension, and postural dysfunction. Whether clients are recovering from an injury, managing chronic discomfort, or seeking preventative care, she is committed to helping them move and feel their best.
Creating a welcoming, supportive, and comfortable environment is one of Andrea's highest priorities. She believes every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
