About Andrea

Andrea has her MA in counselling from Trinity Western University/Acts Seminaries. She considers it an honour to walk alongside those struggling with life’s challenges and be able to facilitate opportunities for healing and growth. Andrea uses a holistic approach and draws from a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as: Attachment Theory, Satir, Gottman Couples Therapy, Solution Focused, Emotional Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and OEI (Observed and Experiential Integration). Her personal healing experiences fuels her passion to journey with others and assist them in fulfilling their potential. She believes each person is created beautifully and wonderfully and is comfortable bringing her faith into session, or not depending upon each client's wishes. A foundational belief of Andrea’s is that there is always hope and opportunity for each person to embrace a more fulfilling life. Andrea works with kids (age 5+), youth, couples and families. A 50 minute session is $160. An 80 minute session for $200 is recommended for families and couples.
