In 2003 she graduated from The Shiatsu School of Canada in Toronto with her Diploma in Shiatsu Therapy focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Meridian Line Therapy. She continued her training in 2005 by completing her Reiki Level 2 training under the guidance of her Master, Yvonne Kato in Burlington. She received her Certificate of Registration from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) after completing her studies in Massage Therapy at the Canadian Therapeutic College.
