Hi, I'm Anastasia! I’m a mom of two, a Certified Holistic Doula through Doula Canada and currently completing additional certification with Stillbirthday.
My journey into birth work deepened after having my first child. I witnessed how many women I knew experienced trauma, neglect, or unnecessary interventions during labour and postpartum. I was determined to have a different experience, and now my mission is to help other women do the same. I want to empower families with the knowledge, support, and confidence they need to avoid or break that cycle.
Supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond has become my passion. I’ve spent over 15 years supporting youth of all ages, along with 5+ years of experience in birth and labour, and 7+ years offering postpartum care.
As a postpartum doula, I offer support with recovery, nutrition, breastfeeding, and newborn care. More than anything, I’m here to be a calm, reassuring presence you can lean on as you find your own rhythm in the parenthood journey.
I’d be honoured to support you on this journey and help create a space where you feel informed, confident, and cared for.
